How do I get started with NextMe?

Getting started with NextMe is easy. You can create a new account using our web app.

Do you have an iOS or Android app?

Yes. NextMe is available on iOS and Android, so you can manage your waitlist from anywhere. Download the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, then follow our short tutorial to get started in minutes.

Do guests need to download an app to join a waitlist?

No. Guests can join via QR code, text link, or web link. No app download is required.

What types of businesses use NextMe?

NextMe is used across events, retail, hospitality, healthcare, urgent care, veterinary clinics, salons, barbershops, and service based businesses. It works for both one time events and ongoing operations.

Can guests join the waitlist themselves?

Yes. Guests can join the waitlist using a self check-in form before arrival or onsite. Staff can also add guests manually if needed.

Can staff manage the waitlist from a phone or tablet?

Yes. Teams can manage queues from any phone, tablet, or computer using our web dashboard. iOS and Android apps are also available.

What does NextMe do with our data?

NextMe is committed to protecting your data. All data is encrypted at rest and never sold or shared with third parties. Guest information is used only to operate and support the NextMe platform.

Features and Capabilities

How does NextMe manage physical lines?

NextMe lets you cap how many guests are physically in line at one time. Once the line reaches capacity, additional guests join the digital waitlist and return only when notified.

Can NextMe handle walk ups and scheduled sessions?

Yes. NextMe supports walk ups, scheduled sessions, or a mix of both for demos, appointments, panels, and timed experiences.

Can I run multiple queues at the same time?

Yes. You can manage multiple queues for specific staff, service points, booths, counters, and sessions all under one account.

Can guests see when they are ready to check in?

Yes. In addition to the Virtual Waiting Room where guest can track their position in real time, guests receive text notifications when it’s time to return and check in.

Can NextMe be customized with our brand?

Yes. You can customize messaging, guest facing pages, and waitlist flows. We also offer fully branded virtual waiting rooms to engage guests while they wait.

Does NextMe offer analytics and reporting?

Yes. NextMe provides insights into guest volume, wait times, peak periods, and queue performance.

Does NextMe integrate with other tools?

Yes. NextMe offers integrations and a private API. A public API is coming soon.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. NextMe offers a free 14 day trial.

Can I use NextMe for a one time event?

Yes. NextMe can accommodate one-time events, brand activations, pop ups, and conferences under our Custom Plan.

Can I upgrade or change plans later?

Yes. Plans are flexible and can be adjusted at any time. Any changes apply going forward and do not include refunds for prior charges.

Are there limits on text messages or usage?

Plans may include usage thresholds depending on volume. Our team will help you choose the right plan.

Can multiple booths or activations share one account?

Yes. Agencies and brands can manage multiple activations under a single account with separate queues.

Can NextMe handle large crowds and peak traffic?

Yes. NextMe supports high volume events ranging from one thousand to over one hundred thousand attendees.

Setup and Support

How fast can we get started?

Most teams are live the same day. No specialized hardware is required.

Do we need kiosks or special equipment?

No. NextMe works on standard phones, tablets, and computers. QR codes can be printed or displayed digitally.

What support is included?

Custom Plan customers receive one to one onboarding and product training. Event support packages are available with guaranteed response times, after hours coverage, and high velocity SMS delivery.

Can we switch from another waitlist provider?

Yes. We support data migrations from existing vendors using CSV exports. Our team handles the transfer of key data and workflows into NextMe, with most migrations completed within 3 to 5 business days, including full setup and testing for a smooth transition.
