BMW’s Ultimate Driving Experience allows people to test drive BMW’s latest line of car models and innovations at their race tracks around the US - for FREE!

The Need

As you can imagine, these events get packed and chaotic. Exhibitors at The Ultimate Driving Experience needed to better manage their waitlist of attendees at 16 of their events in 16 different cities. This prompted BMW and Octagon, their marketing agency, to reach out to NextME for help.
