SOPRICO, an experience design and production agency, partnered with NextME to produce a seamless activation for client The Mom Project. The event was a 3 hour career fair... turned upside down. The experience drew over 300 moms (and dads!) in the San Francisco area who are looking to return to work and hosted 12 big name tech companies based in the Bay Area.

The Need

High demand stations included a resume review bar where attendees could receive honest feedback and suggestions to enhance their resumes, a glam and go station where expert stylists refreshed makeup and hair, gave tips for easy everyday styling and prepped attendees for a brand new headshot, and a headshot station where professional photographers shot shiny new headshots for the prospective candidates. At previous activations, the stations had long lines and guest feedback indicated that some attendees spent their entire time at the event in a line.. instead of talking to potential employers.

Enter NextME! SOPRICO brought the technology to the event to alleviate lines, allow attendees to mingle while they waited, and to capture data for each station to have for future planning.

Results

Absolutely ZERO lines. A fantastic guest experience. An arsenal of data that will help design an even better next career fair. And a happy end client who plans to use the technology at all future activations.
